Orders

When you complete your order, a confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes all the details about the products, price, billing, and delivery address.

Delivery

Our standard delivery time is 1-2 days. Note: Orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday.

Prices

All prices in the store are listed in SEK and include 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, misprints in the price list, or errors in pricing caused by incorrect information, and we reserve the right to correct prices.

Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing goods from the website, you, as a customer, have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, effective from the date you receive the item.

5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:

  • You must notify us of your withdrawal. The notification should be sent to [email protected] and should clearly include your name, address, email address, order number, and details of the items to be returned.
  • You must immediately, and no later than within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, return the products to us.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return. Therefore, the products should be well-packaged and in their original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the depreciation of the item's value due to use or damage.

5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products sealed for health or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken by you.
  • Sealed audio or video recordings, where the seal has been broken by you.
  • Custom-made products tailored specifically for you or with a personal design based on your preferences.
  • Services that have been fully performed and where you explicitly agreed to waive the right of withdrawal.
  • Goods that deteriorate quickly, such as food.
  • Single copies of newspapers or magazines.
  • Products ordered specifically at the request of the buyer.
  • Orders customized to the buyer’s specifications.

Complaints

We inspect all products before they are sent to you. If a product is still damaged or incorrectly delivered upon arrival, we commit to rectifying the error free of charge in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. Complaints should be submitted immediately after the defect is discovered.

6.1 How to proceed with a complaint:

  • If we cannot correct the error or deliver a replacement product, we will refund you for the defective item in accordance with consumer protection laws.

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for indirect damages caused by the product.
  • We accept no liability for delays or errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). Examples include labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or absent deliveries from suppliers.
  • Furthermore, we accept no liability for changes in products or product properties made by the supplier or other factors beyond our control.

We do not guarantee that the product images reflect the exact appearance, as color differences may occur due to screen settings, photo quality, and resolution.
